They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to be a trusted advisor to real estate investors, originating loan products, guiding loans through the deal lifecycle, and driving growth by exceeding origination goals.
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted advisor to real estate investors—educating clients, structuring deals, and helping them scale their portfolios
- Originate high-impact loan products designed specifically for investment property success
- Own the deal lifecycle by guiding loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing
- Leverage company-provided leads and Salesforce to build and manage a strong pipeline
- Drive growth by consistently exceeding origination goals and delivering an exceptional borrower experience
- Amplify your reach through strategic outreach, marketing materials, and smart client qualification
Skills
- 1+ years in residential or commercial mortgage lending (or similar background)
- Strong sales instincts
- Relationship-building ability
- Sharp problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree
- MLO license
