Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data from source documents, compiling and verifying information, and reviewing data for deficiencies or errors. You will also contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits

  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with MS Office and data programs

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including email handling and calendar management
  • Experience using office equipment, such as a scanner
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

* Previous experience in a data entry role
