Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, prospects, and colleagues to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilizing arenaflex's literature, brochures, and flyers to educate customers about our services and features
- Entering customer information and progress into our Contact Manager system to maintain accurate records
- Responding promptly to email requests and securing opportunities to grow our customer base
- Maintaining open lines of communication with ownership and management to ensure seamless collaboration and feedback
