Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound and outbound leads through Facebook direct message, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their interactions with arenaflex
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve business objectives and drive customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service and live chat support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with reliable internet connectivity
