Key Responsibilities

As an IT Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic IT systems support to end users on a variety of computer system issues, including troubleshooting, resolving, and responding to technical support requests
  • Responding to a high volume of simple to moderately complex issues or questions received from internal and external customers via phone, email, and chat support
  • Documenting customer issues in our call tracking system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate departments as needed
  • Assisting in the real-time resolution of support issues to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on policies, product trends, and industry developments to provide technically accurate solutions to customers
  • Providing support after hours via on-call cell phone

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers of varying technical expertise
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Proficiency in using call tracking systems and other technical support software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to document customer issues accurately
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with arenaflex's technology solutions or similar products
  • Knowledge of cloud-based systems and applications
  • Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework
  • Certification in technical support or customer service (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
