The Client Technical Integration Lead is a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling reliable client integrations between enterprise billing systems and dPlat. This role combines deep technical expertise—Python scripting, data mapping, SQL, and database schema management—with delivery leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and accurate data flows that support credit and collections operations. By leading through direct contribution and example, the role establishes integration standards, accelerates client onboarding, and drives consistent, high-quality outcomes across shared DebtNext and ARM implementations.

Description

This role will build and lead an integration team with onshore and offshore resourcing, operating as a shared service across the organization, while remaining directly engaged in delivery to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Execution
    • Design and implement complex client integrations and data workflows

    • Perform code reviews and architectural reviews grounded in hands-on experience
    • Mentor integration engineers through direct pairing, review, and coaching

    • Ability to debug and resolve complex data issues across scripts, databases, and integration pipelines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Advanced Python scripting for building, automating, and troubleshooting integration workflows, data transformations, and validation logic.
