Job title: Lead Instructor for Parent/Child Gymnastics Company: The Little Gym Job description: The Little Gym of Lake Oswego is a non-competitive children's development center that uses gymnastics as our tool to help grow & develop students. We aim to grow our students self-confidence & self-esteem, as well as their cognitive & physical skills. GYMNASTICS COACH AT THE LITTLE GYM OF LAKE OSWEGO: Particularly someone love for children of all ages Part-time position available for an instructor to teach Parent/Child. Must be available Saturday day and/or some weekday mornings/afternoons. Step 1: WHY US?

Our organization owns and operates the two The Little Gyms in Oregon. TLG Lake Oswego and TLG Corvallis. You will be part of a small family-owned business. General responsibilities include:

• Teaching classes
• Providing outstanding member service and making long-lasting member relationships

• Selling the program to new and existing customers

Expect to spend a lot of time learning to teach exceptional classes. Selling the program is a crucial part of this job as well. Candidates with strong communication skills who can convey benefits and find out customers' motivations for their inquiry are invaluable to the success of the gym. Working with groups of children required. Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly, positive, can do attitude
• Experience coaching gymnastics to children ages 6-12
• Experience coaching sports, dance, gymnastics, or swimming to groups of children ages 3-5
• Experience working with parent/child ages 4 months to 36 months
• Sincere love of children
• Self starter
• Experience working with children (examples include preschool teacher or assistant, daycare, sports camps or similar experience)
• Background in fitness (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field)
