Job Summary

As a Virtual Receptionist and Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing customer calls, scheduling appointments, tracking projects, updating CRM systems, organizing customer data, and performing various administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage customer calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and project milestones using Google Workspace and other tools
  • Track project progress, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Organize and maintain customer data, ensuring that it's up-to-date and secure
  • Perform PDF editing and conversion tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective customer support strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, calendar organization, and document preparation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve customer support and administrative processes

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and other administrative software
  • Certification in customer service, administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with diverse customer bases, including international clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
