Your expertise will help us provide top-notch support for routine tax questions and inquiries, client complaints, client support for various products and services, and appointment scheduling support.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Availability: Open availability 7 days a week
• Pay Expectation: Our seasonal onsite pay rate starts at $16/hr in training, with additional incentive eligibility after training graduation. Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration
