Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with fulfillment, sales, and service teams to track and resolve issues quickly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Utilize our CRM system to keep accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Proactively follow up on customer needs and ensure satisfaction, building strong relationships with our customers

What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and think critically
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
- Comfortable using CRM or support tools, with experience in customer service software a plus
