Job Summary:

arenaflex is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk/Administrator on a part-time basis. Responsibilities:

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk/Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining and updating databases with relevant information
  • Assisting in the organization and filing of documents
  • Handling incoming communication and inquiries related to data entry
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems and databases + Verify data for accuracy and completeness + Maintain data integrity and consistency

  • Database Management:

+ Update and maintain databases with relevant information + Ensure data is up-to-date and accurate + Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

  • Administrative Support:

+ Assist in the organization and filing of documents + Handle incoming communication and inquiries related to data entry + Execute administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the team

Required Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and data management tools
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles
