Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Social Media Chat Support Specialists to join our team and provide top-notch customer service to online retailers on Facebook. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales through Direct Messages. Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers via Facebook Direct Messages - Drive sales by promoting products and services to customers through personalized messaging - Collaborate with the arenaflex team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and sales targets - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing) preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong product knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles - Proficiency in using Facebook and other social media platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong time management and organizational skills
