We’re hiring an Operations Virtual Assistant to support one of our fast-growing e-commerce clients. This role focuses on operational support, data entry, and inventory workflows across retail and wholesale channels.

About the Role

As an Operations VA, you will support day-to-day operational workflows, focusing heavily on data entry, inventory tracking, and retail account coordination. This role is critical in helping streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Data Entry & Retail Account Support
    • Manage data entry for major retail accounts (e.g., TJ Maxx, Walmart)
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all operational data
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records
  • TJ Maxx Order Management
    • Gather weights and dimensions from warehouse teams
    • Input order details into the TJ Maxx systems
    • Create and send Bills of Lading (BOLs)
    • Support end-to-end order processing
  • Walmart Operations Support
    • Assist with Walmart onboarding processes
    • Support ongoing operations for new product lines
    • Maintain compliance with Walmart system requirements
  • Inventory Tracking & Reporting
    • Export inventory reports and data
    • Update internal tracking documents
    • Communicate inventory updates with team members
    • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Warehouse & Logistics Coordination
    • Track delivery timelines and shipments
    • Coordinate with warehouse teams
    • Support general warehouse operations workflows
  • General Operational Support
    • Assist with wholesale and merchandising workflows
    • Support structured tracking and reporting systems
    • Contribute to process consistency and efficiency

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Operations, data entry, or e-commerce support experience preferred
  • Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy in data-heavy tasks
  • Reliability: Consistent and dependable work performance
  • Ownership: Takes responsibility for tasks and outcomes
  • Organization: Strong ability to manage structured workflows
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with repetitive but critical processes
  • Technical / Experience Requirements
    • Experience with Walmart systems (strongly preferred)
    • Experience with TJ Maxx systems (strongly preferred)
    • Ability to navigate complex or manual systems
    • Comfortable with high-volume data entry tasks
