We’re hiring a Full-Time Senior Video Editor to own and scale high-performing video creative across VSLs, paid social, and direct-response campaigns.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where your work directly impacts conversion and revenue, not just views. You’ll report directly to the Creative Operations Manager and collaborate closely with content and media buying teams to transform expert-led health content into compelling, compliant, and high-converting assets, with a strong focus on testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
This role requires someone who can think strategically about creative, not just execute. You should bring strong editorial judgment, a performance mindset, and the ability to operate with a high degree of ownership and minimal direction. If you think in hooks, pacing, and retention and care about how creative performs, not just how it looks, you’ll fit right in.
California-based candidates (Los Angeles area) are strongly preferred.
