Job title: Fitness Sales Consultant Company: F45 Training Job description: Join our dynamic team at F45 Training Midlothian as the Fitness Sales Consultant and take charge of driving MRR (monthly recurring revenue). Your role will involve lead generation, lead conversion and managing organic lead generating opportunities.As a crucial player in our business, your sales skills, enthusiasm, excellent communication, relentless drive, and organizational abilities will be paramount. You will report and work hands on with our owner and Head Fitness Trainer. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources. Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships to potential customers, ensuring a high conversion rate.
• Manage all organic lead generation activities, maximizing opportunities for business growth.
• Assess prospective members to ensure a good fit for our studio.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing members, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI): Your primary objective is to drive top-line revenue by achieving Total New Monthly MRR at F45 Training Midlothian Compensation: This position offers a competitive base along with a highly incentivized commission structure, making it commission-driven. Your earnings will directly correlate with your sales performance, providing you with potential for financial growth and success. We will invest in your growth and development through access to our online learning platform to enhance your sales, marketing, and leader skills that you can take with you anywhere.
