What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with hot leads and existing customers via calls, emails, and chats to build positive and long-lasting relationships
- Meeting team KPIs and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and applying the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services
- Securingly working with customers' sensitive information
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
What You Need to Succeed in this Role:
To excel as a Customer Support Consultant, you will need:
- Excellent Slovak and English (B2) communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Will Be a Great Plus:
While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued:
- Customer service or sales experience
- Experience with CRM systems
