Job Description
Customer Service Representative – Logistics Support
Location: arenaflex Summer Camp – Bogotá Full-time Grade 5 As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing administrative and customer service processes, ensuring compliance with established procedures, maintaining effective communication, and building strong relationships with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to client requests and requirements
- Support the Site Manager in controlling and monitoring operations
- Prepare and update daily and monthly reports on observations, orders, and merchandise
- Coordinate and follow up on return, pickup, and packaging processes
- Update information systems and generate reports requested by clients
- Manage documents: printing, archiving, reviewing, and authorized adjustments
- Provide training to personnel and maintain up-to-date information on assigned clients
Requirements:
* Minimum experience: 1 year in similar roles
- Skills: oral and written communication, responsibility, decision-making, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork
