About the Role:

As an SAP Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks in SAP, focusing on materials management and bill of materials. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help us maintain high data quality standards, facilitating correct invoicing and reconciliation. You'll also collaborate with team members across different customers and business areas, supporting the influx of new clients and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks in SAP, focusing on materials management and bill of materials

• Ensure accuracy of data to facilitate correct invoicing and reconciliation
• Collaborate with team members aligned to other customers and parts of the business
• Support the influx of new clients by maintaining high data quality standards
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and communication
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
• Stay up-to-date with SAP system updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve data management processes

Requirements:

* Familiarity with SAP, specifically in materials management (MM) and bill of materials (BOM)

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electric vehicle industry
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software applications quickly
