Job title: Coach - Assistant Dance Coach Company: Eastern Carver County Schools Job description: For specific information please contact: Mike Bailey at [email protected] Position Dates: 10/23/2023 - 02/17/2024 Salary: Based on CEA Master Agreement Job Summary: Assist in the overall operation, provide leadership and supervision with Chanhassen Kick and Jazz Dance Team. Duties/Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in high kick skills and technique
  • Knowledge in Jazz technique and choreography skills
  • Respectfully lead a group and be an excellent role model and leader for the athletes
  • Time management skills; need to plan practice agendas in order to balance practice time between strengthening, flexibility, technique training and drilling dances
  • Good communication skills
  • Respect/recognition of youth needs
  • Coaching license/certification recommended/not required
