Job Summary

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders and modifications, and escalating issues across various communication channels. - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
- Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm and composed when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
- Comfortable using computers and navigating CRM systems.
- Experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
