Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our Regional Marketing Department, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of backorder management, including weekly reporting, customer communication, sales force liaison, and emergency escalation allocation. Your expertise in supply chain and customer service will be invaluable in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Weekly Backorder Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and timely weekly backorder reports to ensure seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Customer Communication: Create and circulate customer letters regarding backordered products, ensuring clear and concise communication that meets customer needs.
  • Sales Force, Supply Chain, and Customer Service Liaison: Collaborate with sales force, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve customer order inquiries, provide substitute products, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Emergency Escalation Allocation and Portal Maintenance: Manage emergency escalation allocation and portal maintenance to ensure efficient and effective resolution of critical issues.
  • Tracking Global Allocation Quantities vs. Projected Allocations: Monitor and track global allocation quantities versus projected allocations to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Marketing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on supply chain and customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical Skills: Basic Excel functions and data analysis skills to interpret and present data insights.
  • Data Entry: Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) software and data entry processes.
  • US Citizenship or GC Holder: Must be a US citizen or hold a valid Green Card.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Supply Chain Experience: Experience working in supply chain management, with a focus on inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience working in customer service, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Marketing Certification: Marketing certification, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics, would be an asset.
