Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to Fortune 500 companies through inbound phone calls, chat, and email.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • Utilize arenaflex's technology and software to access customer information, track interactions, and update records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's services to provide informed solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time.

Requirements:

Language Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English AND Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Customer Service Experience:

Proven track record in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Attention to Detail:

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.

Friendly and Professional Demeanor:

Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Self-Motivated and Proactive:

Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:
