Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims information
  • Collaborating with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract
  • Be willing to submit to a background investigation, which is a condition of employment
  • Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (with proof of work authorization)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data to ensure seamless communication and efficient data management
  • Collaborating with the claims coordination team to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and claims information
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the claims coordination industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with claims management systems or similar software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
