How You Will Make a Difference

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in empowering our consumers to live active lifestyles by sharing product knowledge, providing superior customer support, and processing customer orders. You will work with multiple channels, including inbound calls, live chat, text messaging, and email correspondence, and be a main point of contact for Bilingual communication with our customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers through a variety of mediums, including phone calls, email, live chat, and social media
  • Establishing customer needs by asking open-ended questions, active listening, and conveying empathy
  • Linking product benefits to customer needs by researching, providing product information, and recommending a solution
  • Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers' requests
  • Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments

Skills for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet demand/schedule
  • Fluency in Spanish or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in these languages

Performance and Attendance

Hiring Range

The hiring range for this position is $15.20 USD - $19.00 USD per hour. Benefits at arenaflex include comprehensive insurance coverage, competitive 401K and paid time off programs, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
