Based on Experience. Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney - REMOTE $250000 - $350000 per year | Irvine, CA | Remote | Permanent Hybrid OR Remote Schedule! A bit about us: We are working with a well-established, successful trust & estate litigation law firm in California that is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join the team! Location: Irvine, CA or San Diego, CA Schedule: Hybrid Remote/Office Base Salary Range: $200k-$350k/year + bonuses Why join us?

Job Details The Senior T&E Litigation Attorney will:
- Lead and manage your own litigation caseload from intake to resolution
- Draft strategic pleadings and strong motions with minimal oversight
- Take and defend depositions; prepare for hearings and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and the court
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide strategy sessions
- Collaborate seamlessly with any existing team members you bring onboard
Education and Experience:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of litigation experience, including depositions, court appearances, and motion practice (at least 2 years of this within trust & estate litigation).
- Expert-level familiarity with the California Probate Code, Code of Civil Procedure, and Evidence Code
- Prior experience managing junior attorneys or paralegals is a plus
