Job Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch support to American Express customers via live chat, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
