Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional live chat support to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch support to American Express customers via live chat, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide personalized solutions and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and Microsoft Office applications
