As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and offers opportunities for growth and development. ### Position Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various ERP systems, including SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you'll provide actionable insights to optimize inventory management, drive efficient purchasing decisions, and propel business growth in the Vape and Smoke shop industry. ### Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Extracting and generating detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to inform business decisions.
- Analyzing sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize purchasing, and drive sales growth.
- Creating dashboards and visualizations in Excel to present data insights effectively.
- Maintaining data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data entries.
### Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Data Entry Operator, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
