Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed
  • Updating order statuses for customers and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
  • Compiling, verifying, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
  • Scanning documents and printing files as needed

Requirements

To succeed as an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools
  • Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Experience working in a data entry role is a plus
