Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions and guidance

### Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable with technology and using online communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

### Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience (preferably in a remote or call center environment)
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
