Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Experience & Sales Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls and inquiries via email or other communication channels to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to meet the evolving needs of each client.
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products to ensure they understand the value we offer.
  • Performing reviews for existing clients and assisting with claims or adjustments as needed to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Providing attentive customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless sales experiences.
  • Collaborating with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
