Job Description

As an Online Research & Data Entry Assistant (Contract), you'll play a critical role in supporting our scaled email outreach effort. You'll be responsible for evaluating a variety of websites, finding the best contacts for approved sites, and determining whether they fit with our project resources. This is a research-focused role, and you'll work independently to assess web content, evaluate potential link building partners, and identify the best contacts for each approved website.

Key Responsibilities

* Evaluate a variety of websites to assess their content and determine whether they're a good fit for our project resources

• Identify the best contacts for approved websites and determine whether they fit with our project resources
• Assess web content, evaluate potential link building partners, and identify the best contacts for each approved website
• Work independently to complete projects and meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with our in-house team to answer questions and provide updates

Required Qualifications

* Online research experience

• Content evaluation and website vetting skills
• Access to U.S.-based websites
• Critical thinking and evaluation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• English language fluency
• Ability to work independently and respond to project changes and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with BuzzStream, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office

• Data entry skills
• Link building experience
