Job Summary

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Fluency in both Tagalog and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts, with a strong understanding of patient care and services
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CHCSR)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages
