As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll be responsible for driving successful adoption and retention of our suite of back-of-house platforms, serving the world's top restaurant and foodservice operators.

What you'll do as a Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for driving successful adoption and retention of our products within your portfolio of customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming an expert on the value of arenaflex platforms, so you can provide credible guidance on how best to apply the tool to your customers' specific operational processes and business challenges.
  • Using a consultative approach, helping customers optimize product value by teaching them how to leverage new or unused features.
  • Managing the ongoing customer relationship to encourage growth, expansion, and loyalty.
  • Identifying new opportunities to expand arenaflex to support additional work processes or departments within the customer's business.
  • Tracking and closing renewal business.
  • Advocating for customers internally by collaborating with our Product team to translate customer feedback into product requirements.
  • "Priming the pump" for customer case studies, quotes, and testimonials by identifying advocates and sharing great stories with our Marketing team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Success Manager who is an excellent 'explainer', organized, and process-oriented. You should enjoy uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency for yourself, your customers, and your team. You should be focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating next steps, with a natural ability to create urgency without being annoying. You should be able to create the optimal balance between speed, accuracy, and quality in the work you deliver.

Essential Qualifications

* 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management supporting a B2B SaaS product.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Catalyst, Google Apps, and other industry-standard tools is a plus.

Nice to haves

* Experience working with a distributed team.

  • Experience supporting restaurant, convenience store, or grocery industry verticals.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
