Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in our development process across various disciplines.
• Preserve, extend, and aid existing development gear, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies.
• Build and guide custom asset pipelines, empowering our team to create high-quality products and services.
• Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures, driving innovation and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong passion for empowering others and a keen interest in data entry. You'll also require:

• A strong understanding of the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Experience with custom standalone gear and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of game engines and structures.
• The ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

• Experience with custom game engines, such as Unreal or Unity.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and network technologies.
