About the MHD CST Team

Our MHD CST Team is a dynamic group of service associates who work tirelessly to ensure that merchants have a seamless experience with arenaflex's Merchant services. From onboarding to resolving concerns and complaints, our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer support. As a Customer Support Associate / Senior Associate, you'll be an integral part of this team, working closely with merchants to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Associate / Senior Associate, you'll be responsible for handling concerns and complaints raised by merchants on multiple social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that daily tasks are completed within the defined Time-Available-To-Resolve (TAT) with a focus on providing excellent customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets, ensuring that brand consistency is maintained across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve day-to-day queries of merchants via chat

  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and arenaflex, ensuring a positive customer service experience
  • Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets
  • Previous experience in team handling Chat/email Support
