Netrolynx AI is an established accounting firm seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper proficient in QuickBooks to support their financial services. The role involves maintaining financial health and accuracy of client accounts through various accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations and payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate and timely reconciliation of all bank and credit card accounts on a daily or weekly basis to ensure consistency and correctness of financial data
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for clients, including calculating wages, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Proactively contact clients to gather missing information, follow up on pending items, and update account details as necessary to maintain smooth operations
  • Keep the General Ledger organized, accurate, and up-to-date, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries as required by clients or internal management
  • Ensure all bookkeeping activities adhere to applicable laws and company policies, maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes

Skills

  • Advanced QuickBooks Knowledge: Must be able to navigate and utilize QuickBooks fluently to perform various bookkeeping functions efficiently
  • Reconciliation Expertise: Proven ability to resolve discrepancies, perform accurate bank and credit card account reconciliations, and balance complex accounts
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable and professional when communicating via phone and email, ensuring clear and effective correspondence with clients and team members
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and data integrity, ensuring all financial records are precise and up-to-date
  • Experience in Payroll Management: Capable of managing full-cycle payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
