Field Service Technician - Poznan area

Nordson Packaging, a global leader in leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Field Service Technician to join our team in Poland. You will be responsible for our clients in West-Poland and should reside in the Poznan - Leszno - Zielona Góra area. Role and responsibilities

• Technical support for our Nordson adhesive application systems
• Travel daily to customer sites to perform troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, warranty repairs, preventative maintenance, and installation of new equipment.
• Provide start-up support for end-users who receive a new machine from an OEM with a Nordson Packaging system. Carrying out repairs and ensuring that systems function properly at all times
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical questions and issues, with a continuous focus on customer satisfaction
• Advising customers on maintenance, wear parts, and spare parts

Skills and qualifications

• Strong Mechanical & electrical knowledge/understanding.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic & hydraulic systems/components
• At least 2 years of experience in working as a service technician / maintenance
• Computer knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, MS Teams and any CRM system is required
• A valid SEP certificate is a must have
• Professional Polish and English language skills are mandatory
• Valid driving license is required (B category)

Travel

• 80% travelling within Western Poland with occasional overnight stays
