Job Description
The Subject Matter Expert provides domain expertise in leadership, public sector management, and federal operations to ensure program relevance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on curriculum development and content accuracy
- Ensure alignment with federal leadership competencies
- Provide insights into agency-specific challenges and requirements
- Support development of case studies and real-world scenarios
- Review and validate training materials
Educational Requirements
- Master�s degree or equivalent experience in leadership, public administration, or related field
Experience Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in federal or public sector leadership
- 10 years of experience supporting training or program development
