The Mission
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the complex world of PCPs, medications, appointments, and benefits with ease, armed with your knowledge and exceptional people skills. Your expertise will help individuals overcome obstacles and achieve their healthcare goals. The Deets
* This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
- You'll need to be available to work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.
- Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation, where you'll receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
Your Secret Weapons
* A keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions that meet our customers' unique needs.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease, navigating databases and providing exceptional phone support.
- A passion for helping others and making their day better, one interaction at a time.
Your Arsenal
* High School Diploma or equivalent (bonus points if you've got a bachelor's degree under your belt).
- At least a year of experience in insurance operations, with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulations.
- You're a tech whiz, with expertise in navigating web-based systems and software applications.
- You have blazing internet with minimum speeds of 100 mbs download and 50 mbs upload.
- You're meticulous and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
