Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Save Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to former and current customers to re-sell their subscription services
- Utilizing arenaflex's system to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong and diverse skillset in sales, customer service, and communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection (15 download and 10 upload from speedtest.net)
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer (no Apple or Chromebooks)
- A USB headset with mute capability
- A webcam for team building and virtual meetings
Shift and Schedule
As a Remote Customer Save Sales Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create a schedule that suits your needs. Our available shifts include:
- Day shift/Early evening shift
- Flexible schedule Full-time/Part-time
- Monday - Friday
- Saturdays available for additional hours
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
