Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our Help Desk team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, processing claims online portal tickets, and helping to drive business success. Key Responsibilities
* Process claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Create new accounts and register clients for online portal access
- Help to manage and process new tickets that come through the system
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with the team to drive business success and meet key performance indicators
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk support
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry and its related processes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have Qualifications
* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with healthcare industry software and systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
