Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring a positive customer experience by: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience * Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information * Documenting all customer interactions and issues using our CRM system * Working collaboratively with the team to resolve complex customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction * Meeting performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution * Assisting with other tasks as needed, including administrative duties or data entry Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
