Key Responsibilities:

• Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem-solving to ensure smooth package delivery.
• Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system.
• Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery.
• Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience.
• Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

To be a successful Customer Care Associate, you'll need:

• The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple computer applications while on a phone call.
• Availability to work a variety of work shifts.
• The ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy and research problems for resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10 key).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check.
• A reliable internet connection.
• A reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
