Responsibilities
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicating with patients/medical professionals regarding status and scheduling medical appointments
- Obtaining necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
- Working independently with little to no supervision on goal-oriented projects and tasks
- Following closely outlined instructions, processes, and procedures in accordance with department and company policies
- Adapting quickly to changes and modifications
- Executing multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy
- Communicating clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual Spanish/English or Chinese/Cantonese/English (a plus!)
- A strong customer service background, preferably in a call center or data entry environment
