Key Responsibilities

As a Reliability Engineer Lead for Custom Silicon Management, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategies for silicon design, manufacturing, and testing to ensure reliability and quality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in silicon design and manufacturing
• Leading the development and implementation of test plans and procedures to ensure the reliability and quality of custom silicon products
• Analyzing data and identifying trends to drive process improvements and optimize product performance
• Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of silicon products
• Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to drive innovation and excellence in silicon design and manufacturing
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and quality of custom silicon products
• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure the technical skills and knowledge of team members
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integration of reliability and quality into all aspects of product development and manufacturing

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in silicon design, manufacturing, and testing
• Proven track record of developing and implementing strategies for silicon design, manufacturing, and testing to ensure reliability and quality
• Strong technical expertise in silicon design, manufacturing, and testing, including JEDEC reliability and quality standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive process improvements and optimize product performance
• Experience with supplier management and quality control processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in silicon design, manufacturing, and testing
• Experience with process streams, judgments, and managing supplier execution
• Familiarity with FAI (First Article Inspection) and other quality control processes
• Experience with supplier audits and quality control processes
• Strong knowledge of silicon design, manufacturing, and testing, including JEDEC reliability and quality standards
• Experience with process improvement and optimization techniques, including Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
