The Role
As a Virtual Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through text-based chat on our business websites or social media platforms like Facebook Messenger. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support, share sales links, and offer discounts, all while ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat inquiries on our business websites or through social media accounts

Requirements
