Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information about our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system for future reference and analysis.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's services and offerings to provide customers with precise information and solutions.

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field; specific experience in live chat support is a plus.
