Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Technician with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to transcribe customs declaration information from documents into our operating system, verify compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Essential Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelors Degree

• Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
• Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

• Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Experience with workflow management and department metrics
