The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist - Energy/Utility, you'll play a vital role in our Customer Success Team, working remotely from the comfort of your own space. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data entry from various utility bill providers with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Following established procedures and work instructions to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining productivity and quality standards, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, or Post-Graduate)
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 40 WPM
  • Exceptional English language reading and comprehension skills
  • Strong organizational, accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex policies and regulations
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a strong technical aptitude

Experience and Additional Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in data entry processing in the utilities/energy field

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of software applications
  • Reliable computer hardware and internet connectivity, meeting the following minimum requirements:

+ Laptop or Desktop: Windows operating system + Screen Size: 14 inches + Screen Resolution: FHD (1920x1080) + Processor: I5 or higher + RAM: Minimum 8GB + Type: Windows Laptop + Software: AnyDesk + Internet Speed: 100 MBPS or higher
