Job Summary

You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues, provide training and enablement, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with AI-powered solutions and chatbots is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or computer science.

  • Experience working with CRM software and customer support platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and chatbots.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
